Code of conduct

By attending Adventures in Pharma, all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, organisers and staff, agree to this code of conduct.

Our aim is to create a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment for everyone. We expect all participants to act professionally and courteously, contributing positively to the event atmosphere.

Encouraged behaviour

• Using respectful and inclusive language.
• Welcoming diverse viewpoints and experiences.
• Gracefully accepting constructive feedback.
• Supporting fellow participants in a friendly, professional manner.

Unacceptable behaviour

• Harassment of any form, including verbal, physical or online.
• Aggressive or pushy sales tactics.
• Intimidating, discriminatory or derogatory comments or actions.
• Sustained disruption of talks or event activities.
• Recording or photographing participants without consent.

Participants asked to cease inappropriate behaviour must comply immediately. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund, at the organisers' discretion.

If you experience or witness a violation of this code of conduct, please contact event staff in person or email missioncontrol@adventuresinpharma.com. All reports will be treated confidentially.
