When is it, what time should I arrive, and how do I register?

Adventures In Pharma takes place on 1^st July 2025. Arrive from 09:30 to grab a light breakfast and your AI adventurer’s toolkit, then get ready – the sessions kick off at 10:00 sharp. Secure your spot now by registering here.

I need a hotel – where should I stay?

London has plenty of options, from boutique hotels to big-name chains, all within easy reach of our venue (The Brewery, London EC1Y 4SA).  Get in touch if you’d like a discount code for a nearby hotel (adventures@caminocomms.com).

How do I get to The Brewery?

The Brewery is in the heart of London (EC1Y 4SA) and easily accessible by public transport. The closest stations are Barbican, Moorgate, Farringdon and Liverpool Street, all just a short walk away. If you're coming from further afield, King's Cross and Paddington are both within easy reach on the London underground. Prefer to travel in style? Taxis, Ubers and – if you can arrange it – a rocket ship will do the trick! 🚀

Will there be food and coffee?

Absolutely! We wouldn’t let you explore the AI frontier on an empty stomach. Expect a light breakfast, a delicious lunch and plenty of coffee to fuel your journey. And stick around for the evening networking session, where there’ll be canapés and drinks to wrap up the day in style!

Can I bring my friends?

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
